Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing this website or engaging MainBoard, LLC dba Infosec Check ("we", "us", "our") for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services

We provide governance, risk, and compliance advisory, cyber insurance consulting, and Fractional CISO services. Scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written statement of work or engagement letter, which controls in the event of a conflict with these terms.

3. Education subscriptions

Ante Up and any other education membership offered on this website is a recurring subscription. Monthly memberships renew each month and annual memberships renew each year, in each case at the price shown at checkout, until renewal is canceled. Current pricing is $19 monthly or $180 annually (equivalent $15 per month) for an individual membership, and $59 monthly or $588 annually (equivalent $49 per month) for a small-business membership covering up to five people. There is no multi-year contract and no cancellation fee.

Payment processing and subscription management are handled by Stripe. Once your subscription is processed, you can cancel or manage your subscription, including billing details, invoices, and renewal settings, in the Stripe customer portal linked in your Stripe confirmation email. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues through the end of the current paid billing period. Canceling a monthly membership prevents the next monthly charge. Canceling an annual membership prevents the next annual charge and does not refund an annual payment already made; annual payments are nonrefundable except where required by law.

Attendance is optional and missing a class does not pause or cancel a subscription. These programs provide general education. Participation alone does not satisfy a law, regulation, contract, insurance requirement, or cybersecurity framework, and no certification, continuing-education credit, or compliance assurance is provided.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which MainBoard, LLC dba Infosec Check is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
